What should I expect?

weekends and tailor made bootcamps)
Following an initial weigh-in and measurement session with our
resident medical professional you will embark on a six day
programme of training and exercise.
Sessions begin daily at 7am and finish at 8:30pm with a
carefully selected range of activities which will work your whole
body each day. We have designed the programme to be low impact and
low intensity to allow you to keep exercising and burning fats
constantly with recovery sessions built in to help loosen weary
muscles.
Daytime sessions use the best of the inspirational surrounding
mountains, forests, beaches and lakes and a range of exciting
activities which really make exercise enjoyable. Evening
sessions use our indoor facilities allowing you to stretch out in
front of the roaring fire or get active with our huge range of
sessions.
You will be expected to take part in every session to allow you
to benefit to the fullest from the programme, and our instructional
staff will closely monitor your progress and wellbeing.
The achievable aim is to lose weight, drop a dress size, improve
your fitness and give tone and definition to your muscles.
It will be tough, you will be pushed to your own personal limits
and if you give us your all it will be one of the most rewarding
experiences you've ever had.
