Here at N.I. Bootcamp we take nutrition seriously and have
trialed and studied many different weight loss approaches.
Many different 'diets' result in weight loss which is
unsustainable, unhealthy or simply dangerous to your body.
Our philosophy is that overall health is more important than pure
weight loss; there are no shortcuts or substitutes for a balanced,
calorie monitored diet.
At N.I Bootcamp:
- You won't be starved or subjected to dietary fads to create
false weight loss.
- There is a constant supply of fruit teas, herbal teas and fresh
mountain water to give you vital hydration.
- You'll enjoy three tasty, nutritious meals per day created
using fresh ingredients and simple recipes which we share with you
to take away and re-create.
- Healthy, satisfying snacks are supplied for energy boosts
during activities.
Personalised nutrition plans
We have teamed up with top nutritionist Jane McClenaghan from Vital Nutrition who provides
diet advice as well as one to one consultations with all our weight
loss bootcamp week clients. This personal touch takes us
beyond the generic approach of nearly all other bootcamps, allowing
us to give diet and health advice which is totally tailored to you.
Jane's consultations normally cost £70 each, but the price is
included in your week-long bootcamp costs.
Our resident pharmacist and nutrition expert Anna says:
I have worked with overweight patients for years and the problem
is nearly always the same, people are able to lose weight
sporadically but unable to continue losing weight and keeping it
off. At N.I. Bootcamp we will personally oversee your
nutritional re-education. Whilst you are here you will eat a
specifically designed low GL menu to induce weight-loss if
required, but more importantly we will give you the tools and
information you need to continue your new eating habits.
- You will leave here understanding exactly what to eat, when to
eat and what foods do to your body.
- You will leave here having realised why you have been
unable to lose weight continuously before.
- You will leave here and never need to 'go on a diet'
again.
- You will leave here fitter, lighter, healthier and full of
knowledge about disease prevention.

The food was excellent and I am definitely more educated on
nutrition and will continue to eat healthier going forward,
especially cutting out caffeine, salt, sugar and cigarettes (had
last one on Sunday 28th Feb)'
