All of our activities are chosen based on our core
beliefs:
- The outdoors is proven to be the most effective place to train,
maximising the benefits of the effort you put in, burning more
energy, helping you lose weight and providing inspirational
views.
- The wider the variety of activities we provide, the more likely
you are to discover something that inspires you to continue
exercising way beyond your week with us.
- Exercise is FUN, even when it hurts, providing massive benefits
to health, well-being and self-esteem.
Therefore we can guarantee that:
- All daytime activities will take place outside in the
magnificent surrounding countryside, whatever the weather.
- You will experience a wide variety of new experiences and be
given the information you need to help you pursue your favourites
in future.
- We only use the most highly qualified instructors who are all
fully trained to deliver all activities. Staff inexperience will
NEVER impact on programming.
- The enthusiasm of our staff and your bootcamp team mates will
make it an experience to remember, not try to forget!
