'Can't believe what I have achieved this week. I have rock climbed, abseiled, climbed a mountain and been hanging 60ft in the air. The activities that I have done have been fantastic, the variety was just unbelievable. Ian really was brilliant; if it wasn't for him I would not have completed the ones that terrified me. His patience is unreal; he just calms me and makes me believe in myself. I did things that I never dreamed I would ever do in my life. Hi Anna,

Margaret here; was with you and Ian on the detox weekend and had a great time; thoroughly enjoyed myself.  Just thought you should know - I have been trying to watch my diet the GL way and trying to keep active and this last week have lost 7lbs.  I am very pleased indeed.  I am heading off on holiday tomorrow and feeling really good.  Thanks for all your help.
